How do I sign up?


Once signed up, order your gas online, via the BOC re-order app, in-store or over the phone.

This offer applies to all HFC and HCFC refrigerant products supplied in M, N, NE, P, PE, R and RE size cylinders.

BOC offers an extensive range of refrigerant gases including HCFCs such as R22 and HFCs such as R134a, R410A plus natural refrigerants.

Remember to sign up to the R90 offer before ordering to receive rent free days.

  1. Sign up
  2. Purchase a full refrigerant cylinder
  3. Receive 90 days rent free on that cylinder
  4. Return the cylinder and repeat steps 2-4


  1. After sign-up, new refrigerant cylinders will not be charged rental for 90 days from the date of collection/delivery.
  2. Each individual cylinder gets its own rent free period based on the cylinder's barcode.
  3. Excess rent free days are forfeited upon return of a cylinder, and starts again for a full cylinder.
  4. Rent free does not apply to existing cylinders or to manual adjustments.
  5. Cylinders returned within 90 days will not incur rental charges. Daily rental charges apply after 90 days.*

Eligibility criteria applies, ask your BOC representative (call 131 262, speak with your Account Manager or visit your local Gas & Gear store). Rent free days are applied from the date of delivery for the specific cylinder purchased and scanned. Rental charges apply to cylinders held beyond the rent free period, calculated on a daily basis and charged at the end of each calendar month (determined by cylinder size as follows; R & RE - $0.2850, P & PE - $0.2234, N, NE & M - $0.2234). Offer applies only to M, N, NE, P, PE, R and RE size cylinders that are transacted after sign up to the offer, and does not apply to existing cylinders held or manual adjustments. Excess rent free days are forfeited upon return of a cylinder and is not able to be rolled-over to a full cylinder or transferred to another cylinder. Offer not available to Key Account customers.
