I have been working at BOC for 14 years. To this day I still feel very fortunate to belong to a company that offers so many opportunities for development.

I work with an absolutely amazing team. We have a great diverse team culture, where we can have fun, but also get the job done and be supportive of each other at the same time. I could not have asked for a better team to work with.

I work with an extremely experienced, innovative and motivated team obsessed with continuous improvement for BOC and its customers. Having autonomy and ability to find innovative solutions is why I enjoy working at BOC.

In the future I'd like to be seen as an expert in my field, managing projects or even a team. I know BOC will provide these opportunities for me.
